you could change the : "My Services, Contact me,  resources, testimonials" to text.

Although almost not important at all, remember to separate your keywords with commas, right now it is just a long text.

Also a CSS template will help you a long way in your design, readability and speed, that way the whole table problem disappears  here is a good list on that:

as a designer I would advise you to use a different set of colors, maybe a more pale blue, read any good article on typography, that will help readability

I always use this tool - www.sitereportcard.com  - It's basic, it's free - but it's very handy to have, you need to get linking - www.pheedster.com/directories.php is where I started years ago - then www.mygreencorner.com followed by www.joeant.com

Basic rules on linking - be in the correct section of the directory - use your keywords/anchor text in the site description - aim the link to the correct landing page - link all pages not just the homepage.

how many different fonts do u use? i think it makes it look a bit chavvy if u use lots.

I can see that you've taken out some of the text in the masthead. However, the central message of your site still isn't hitting me as I look at it - in my personal opinion, I think you need to use larger text and/or coloured text and - probably - redesign the masthead to give focus to this text, possibly putting the text in the middle? Obviously, you need to redo the spot on the left which looks as if you have "rubbed out" the words that were there.

Would words such as:

EFT Emotional Freedom Technique
Effective, safe healing for the mind and body
Often works where all else has failed

help to tell the reader at a glance what your site does? (The words "effective solution" didn't immediately tell me that your site was to do with healing and didn't tell me that it could heal the body as well as the mind.)

Obviously, this is your site and you know it far better than I do so feel free to develop it how you wish.

Remember that a lot of the advice on Keyword Research is written for people who are trying to do something different than you. It's often for people looking to create a new site and/or product from scratch, who are looking for a profitable niche (ie. one with lots of traffic, and/or the potential for Adsense earnings).

You already have your service, so it's more a case of finding what terms people search for that relate to your services, and then using your experience to decide which ones are most likely to convert into paying customers. For example you may find lots of people search for "phobias" but people searching for "phobia cure in London" are much more likely to be looking to buy.

Put yourself in the mind of your potential customers (using your experience of past customers). What kind of problems most likely motivate people to use your service? What words do they use to express those problems? Then use those words as the basis of your research.

Take note of the exact phrasing that the keyword tools show you. For example, I was recently researching for a beauty clinic. I noticed that the terms "facelift" and "face lift" were both common, but "facelift" had 50% more searches. So I would put "facelift" in a page title on their site, then use both ways of spelling it in the body text.
