might be worth thinking about using a CMS like Joomla - http://www.joomla.org/
allows plenty of flexibility and you can always start off with one of the free templates and then modify it to put your own slant on it

From where you are start you web designing life. do you know html?
If not then go for this after that javascript, flash, etc etc...
And for tut always go for google.

that's my personal thinking.

I would strongly recommend getting to grips with the basics of html and css. These are the foundations from which you can then build from. Have a look at the W3Schools site.

Ya all website design guide , tutorial you can find it out in w3cschool.com , pls learn some tools in photoshop and basics html thats enough

There are many ways to design a website.First you have to know what is html because The basic web design development starts with this language.You obviously have to use HTML, w3schools.com is a good tutorial site.
