For a none ecommerce website is there any legal information that a UK company has to display by law? Such as the registered company address, company registration number or copyright disclaimer?

I dont think there is any requirement by law except for accessibility - http://www.webcredible.co.uk/user-friendly-resources/web-accessibility/uk-website-legal-requirements.shtml

Otherwise you could include a disclaimer and privacy policy - http://www.website-law.co.uk/documents.html

Including the other information you have mentioned will just improve your credibility.
