I've always found msn to be a bit hit and miss, sometimes it lists and ranks my sites way faster than the other SE's other times it seems to take forever. Personally, i would continue to build links and generally publicize your site, msn will probably catch up when its good and ready.
Good to see that I'm not the only one! It's really odd as some of the sites I work on seem to rank really well in MSN with little or no effort but others really struggle. Still, I'll keep plugging away and hopefully it'll start appearing sooner rather than later.
