You might start by reading their guide lines. I know that this is a pain to do but it has been what others have suggested to me. I do not know anybody at this time I could tell you to contact about yahoo. Will keep my ears open for this. If you find out the info from some other place, please post what you found out on here. Cheers

Yahoo has been very focused on uncovering link farms, affiliate links, and sites that utilize massive cross linking.

If anyone has lost Yahoo rankings recently, go to Y! and type site:www.yourdomain.com. If only the index page is showing, your site has been penalized.

How do you fix  the problem? Go to the Yahoo site reinclusion form and submit it to Y!.

If your site fails the reinclusion text, you will get back a seemingly vague email response regarding potential problems with your site. DO NOT dismiss this response! Unlike Google responses, this email response will help you narrow down your problem.

Spend some time analyzing the comments they sent you. Assume that each item they give you is a potential problem and analyze your site. If you really take the time to analyze the potential problems, it's usually easy to see where your site went wrong with Yahoo.
