You defiantly have some on page optimization issues which should be addresses.
your page title is too long (84) characters. The engine will only display around 65 characters, but will parse like 70. However, page titles are one of those times when less is more. Maybe something like. It's also not a keyword tag, yours is rather spammy, and only 67% relevant...Shoot for 100% relevant here.
Maybe try this...
Luxury Bed and Breakfast Derbyshire UK - Whitton Lodge
This...(your existing one)
Whitton Lodge – luxury bed and breakfast, b&b Chesterfield, b&b Derbyshire UK > Home
Aside from being too long, has a keyword list. Additionally, your page subject is a much better opening term than the business name. The subject/keyword phrases is what you are seeking and is given more weight by being first, it also have much better search volume than the business name. I removed the ">" also, as I wouldn't use a special character of this nature in the head of your document. The phrase "Home" is not needed and only dilutes your relevancy in the title. Make all of your page titles unique, for best results.
Your Meta description is also too long, coming in at 353 character, when 240 is the recommended standard. The description is 82% relevant, which is ok...But still too long and spammy.
Whitton Lodge, is a luxury bed and breakfast with spa in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. We offer luxury B&B Derbyshire, B&B in Derbyshire, bed and breakfast chesterfield, bed and breakfast in chesterfield, B&B chesterfield, spa hotel Derbyshire, spa hotel in Derbyshire, Stables, Horse Services, equestrian services Derbyshire, Luxury Accomodation Derbyshire
I would reduce this tag to 240 or less, and this one is also not supposed to be a keyword tag, kinda spammy as well. Correct the spelling error, and create text that both describes your page(not site) in incites searcher to click your listing. This is a good place to put the business name first, as you have.
Your keyword tag,
Whitton Lodge Chesterfield Derbyshire UK, Bed and Breakfast in chesterfield, B&B Derbyshire, Luxury B&B, B&B in Derbyshire, bed and breakfast chesterfield, spa hotel Derbyshire, spa hotel in Derbyshire, B&B chesterfield, Luxury Spa Hotel, Horse Services, equestrian services Derbyshire, Luxury Accomodation Derbyshire
Also contains the same misspelling, and is longer than I would use. I recommend 10 phrases or keywords. Also, the relevancy of the keyword tag is only 31%. Really engines don't use this much anymore, but an irrelevant tag is defiantly not a goos thing. Its' ok to go with a couple rogue keywords not supported within your text, but the rest should be relevant with contextual on page support. Additionally, this tag should be all lower case letters. Remove the stop words from this tag also, words like if, it, the, and, are ignored by the search engines and are not necessary here.
Understand that the Flash on your page does not get read by the search engine crawlers. I'm not saying you should get rid of it, put perhaps add a H1 tag with a similar but not copy of the page title under it...First before the rest of the text. Heading tags can go a great distance to rank a page, their context is treated with priority as they address the heading of a section or page. Maybe something like...
The Whitton Lodge, Luxury Bed and Breakfast Derbyshire
Your page load time clocked at 53.30 Sec. on a 56k, This should be 30 seconds or under. Your biggest barriers in you page load are your images and the Flash. The Flash is 247.19KB, defiantly optimize the size of this to improve your load time.
In the first paragraph of your page the links look kinda spammy as well. Clearly for example no need to link to your page from the same page. I think it looks kinda bad aesthetically, but if you want to provide added navigation use shorter anchor text and link to the pages containing those services.
There are some more advanced issues with the page or site, but just the above should significantly increase your ranking ability. Just a side note, I would fix the words on the page with the CSS display set to none, these are considered spam. I would like to think Google for example would not penalize a site for a simple template code error, but the climate is very unstable right now.
