According to Google, and I don't know if this works or not, because I don't advertise. If you want to track your hits - use your F5 button :!:

Any truth in this :?:

wha???

F5 is the Internet Explorer refresh key. I imagine they are actually saying go to the page on your adwords/adsense account and then every now and then hit F5 to refresh the page and see how your doing.  I do this on everything from adsense to refreshing my webmail inbox Wink

OK, I missed something.

Does anybody remember what that article was about? I just can't open the url. Google, Yahoo and MSN don't show any indexed page under that url. (Huh?)

Have you tried look the site over? Maybe they moved the article to a different page?
