Hi All,
         I have read the posts on seo friendly directories and other web directories. But submitting my website to these directories is a good idea from link popularity point of view, the main problem that I am facing is these directoris take long time to approve a listing.

Can anybody here provide a list of directories that approve the listings in a short time.

I read the TOS before posting and according to the TOS I submitted my website using my primary keyword.

Do you have some other tips?

Invest in a program called robo form. Will save you all kinds of time with posting. I did a 600 directory input in a week with that. Otherwise it would of taken me a few months.

If you've got a budget, there are usually loads of people offering submission services for $$, saves you the mind numbingly boring process of submissions.

Yes there are -BUT a word of caution - Google in particular knows the Directories used by these submission Companies - it can spot 'Bought Links' from a mile - and this is where the PR myth gets well and truly unfrocked - Some of those Directories may well be PR 4 - 6 or above - But if you have bought your way in as part of a 500 submission process those high PR sites will count for bugger all -you may get penalised. Doing them in batches of 50 would probably be safe.
