I've just made this post on my blog about my link exchange guidelines, i was pissed off with people wanting to exchange links with me by offering a PR4 page. ooooh wow!

This culminated in one guy asking for 2 homepage links in exchange for 2 crappy PR4 links on pages with zero content! He then offered me links on 3 pages all which failed the copyscape test and at the same time said he could'nt see what i could offer him!

Well i could have offered him a highly targetted embedded content link that would have benefitted him, oh well next!

How did that happen? That is very silly. Could it really be possible for a page to have a PR  of 4 yet have no content.
