I must say good work by Jim_Westergren. All the directories in this list are SEo friendly and indexed in Google. Also this directory list is reularly updated by Jim's satff.
I use this list for my clients Directory Submission job.

PR5 means absolutely nothing in SEO - sorry but we have covered that over and over again. Google toolbar PR is a novelty and has no 'true' meaning as to how popular or how good your site is - it's results that count.
