Instead of stating those big lines you must say as per google terms "Make Website for readers and visitors not for search engines"

I am trying this one but if I will consider 20% for search engine than there is no harm Smiley

Do keyword research regularly - there are plenty of free tools if you're just getting started. Check Google Analytics and GWT to see how you're performing against your keywords.

Create a separate page to target each of your main keywords (and use internal linking to funnel PR to those pages). Put the keyword/phrase at the start of the title on those pages... think of them like Landing Pages, even if you're not selling a product from them

*. Add your site a lot of quality and relevant information: text, picture, video, articles, PDF files. Make your website the best source of information regarding your field.

So, very true. You will not guess how good a well written PDF will help.
