Here's a tool that I have seen mentioned here which I find pretty useful..

http://seodigger.com/

It gives you a list of where your site ranked for certain terms, whether your site was clicked or not, in google and msn, together with OV and wordtracker ratings for the term. The data is usually about 2 weeks behind but gives you another set of stats for keyword targetting.

No Link Back required. You only need to register if you want to check more than 5urls per hour and want to check the whole domain and not just the main page... There's nothing untoward there, I've been using it for 2 months with no problems

I use seodigger for a while. It is kind of useful.What I do not really like is that they do not update the site's SERPS position accurately. The are mostly outdated. I assume the Wordtracker and Overture stuff too.
