How much would you guys pay for a caricature? I'm thinking of adding the service to one of my sites and was looking to find a ballpark figure for having one done.  Output could be in a variety of formats from A4/A3/A2 print to canvas, obviously this will affect the price but i'm initially wondering how much would be suitable for charging for the actual caricature itself.

I do not know about caricatures. But if its a price guide you are looking for I pay around $100 each for T shirt designs. (I just in send a verbal description)

example. http://restocar.com/fun-shirts/img40.gif

I think this is good value, and have been unable to better it for (price - quality -multiple formats)

Presumably a caricature needs to'look' like someone. so maybe a bit more expensive.

well if anyone wants a freebie, PM me. I'll probably take 4-5 of the most interesting ones and run with them.  I'll try and do my research and flesh out a background that matches the subject.  If i select you, i'll ideally need a photo at least 1024x768 for reference.  For this freebie, i'll probably offer to post 1 x A4 and as i'd like to use these as advertising i'll probably need an agreement signed by each person saying they are allowing the usage of their original photo and the likeness for advertising the service.  I'll sort this out once i've selected the subjects.  Oh and i'll try and get at least 1 example of the style of caricature i'm talking about in next day or so.

Happy PM'ing Smiley
