This could be a dodgy mouse problem!

But, for the last week or so, particularly when I have
previously logged-out of the forum, on the first click
to get here, the site seems to display without the
template ...ie., just a white page with text/links etc.
A re-click or refresh ... and it comes up fine. It also
seems to come up OK if I am still logged-in from last visit.

Anybody else getting the same issue?Huh??
Must say that the TIP is the only website n my recent
surfing all over the net which does this.  Huh?

PS its not an overflowing browser cache thing  Grin

I get the same - no stylesheet until I've logged in or refreshed.

It's OK once I'm though.
