As is their any way to allow posters to select no-follow on links so we don't have to keep breaking links up, even better would be a redirect script that sent Google off to some charity or other.

I have not seen any when I have been looking. Does not mean there might not be one. Also have not heard of any sites that might use such a mod.
How many users would click on whatever switch there is if there is a mod for this?
