I prefer to use my desktop ... as my solid and amazing speakers are attached with it and any sound track can give you amazing experience. After my desktop I prefer my iPod, for me this one is amazing device just move with your favourite music.

I use my ears. They have served me well over the years and are excellent for hanging my specs on as well

I've around 500 albums on my desktop and they play constantly whilst I'm working or just surfing the net, played through winamp & pre amped 5.1 surround setup .. It's louder than some of my neighbors care for and also good quality, distorted music is a pet hate of mine. I've been nagged for a long time to use last fm but never bothered with it, you tube sometimes comes in handy for checking out tunes before I hunt them down Grin

Aye, I also have far too many albums stored on my PC.  Then again I have far too many albums stored in my sitting room and under the bed (pushing 2000 on vinyl), plus 100's more on cassette, minidisk and CD.  Regardless of whether it's vinyl, tape, md, cd or mp3, it all goes into my trusty old JVC amp and out through hi-fi speakers.
